Wow...
That's all I can say. Less then 2 months left in the semester and one of my brothers in the class of 2015 has packed up his room and moved back home. It was not a complete surprise, he'd been away for a week or so dealing with some issues at home.
It is a discernment process. We started with 16, we're down to 13. We have to trust that God calls us to be in the correct place at the correct time.
In my opinion the toughest part of the life we live is when men leave. Yet in some ways, it's a good sign that some leave. It means that seminarians are taking the process seriously, and are being honest about whether or not they have a vocation. You'll all be in my prayers.

ReplyDeleteI know in my head it is best for him. I know in my heart I will miss him. But, you're correct, the process is working. This is why we're in formation.
